Senate order: Listing of contracts - $100,000 or more
In response to a Senate 0rder passed on 20 June 2001 (and as amended 04 December 2003), the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency provides a listing of contracts with a value of $100,000 or more.
Consultancy services let of $10,000 or more
The department procures consultancy services in accordance with the
Commonwealth procurement guidelines
and the department's procurement framework - and lists all consultancy contracts let of $10,000 or more.
Standard terms and conditions for purchase orders
The Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency may choose to issue a purchase order to a provider for goods and/or services required. Unless an existing contractual arrangement is in place with the provider for the goods and/or services, the goods and/or services listed on the purchase order are subject to the Department’s standard terms and conditions.
