The Department of Climate Change has debunked a series of myths surrounding global action on climate change.
Given the varying information in the media, by commentators and on the internet about climate change it can be difficult to separate the facts from fiction.
The Department’s mythbusters provide answers to some common questions and misconceptions about the United Nations climate change negotiations. These include the supposed creation of a ‘transnational government’, the nature of a political agreement in Copenhagen and that Australia is acting alone on climate change.
