Annual reports
Originally established on 3 December 2007 as the Department of Climate Change within the Prime Minister and Cabinet Portfolio, on 8 March 2010 a Machinery of Government change transferred programs from the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts and the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency became a separate portfolio agency in its own right.
The annual reports provide a comprehensive account of the department’s performance against the outcome and programs for each financial year, as well as present the department's audited financial statements and other required information.
