Australian Climate Change Regulatory Authority
The Australian Climate Change Regulatory Authority will start operations as a separate entity from the time that the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme legislation is passed by Parliament. The Authority will oversee the operations of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme. It is being established by the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.
