Updated CPRS regulations

Updated draft regulations for the EITE program under the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) have been released with accompanying commentary and an explanatory paper.

Feedback is sought from stakeholders on the draft regulations by Thursday 28 January 2010.
