Green Loans to Green Start

On 8 July 2010, the Minister for Climate Change, Energy Efficiency, and Water, Senator Penny Wong announced that the Green Loans program would transition into a new Green Start program.
It is the Government’s intention to transition the Green Loans program to Green Start later this year. In the meantime, energy assessments will continue to be delivered under the current Green Loans arrangements.
A series of reviews into Green Loans and the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency’s response were also released.
