Fee increase for registering certificates under the RET

As foreshadowed in May 2011, as part of the 2011/12 Budget and within the consultation paper released on the Department’s website on 1 September 2011, regulations for the increase in registration fee for small-scale technology certificates (STCs) for small generation units (SGU) have been made.

The regulations apply the increased fee to all STCs created for SGU systems from 17 October 2011.
