Accessing PDF files

To access PDF files you need Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer. This free document reader is available from Adobe's website. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer and would like to install it, go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader® download site . Further information on Adobe Acrobat® solutions for accessibility is available on this website.

Printing PDF files

If you are unable to print PDF files;

Select your system's 'Print' option
Select 'Print as image'.

Saving a copy of a PDF file

Using your right button, click on the link to the PDF file, and select 'Save Target As'; or
If viewing PDF in Acrobat Reader, click on the 'Saves a copy of the file' button in the top left hand corner of your browser.

Refreshing PDF file

Select [Ctrl] and Refresh to refresh PDF files.

Viewing landscape pages

To view landscape pages as portrait, select 'Rotate View Clockwise' in the top right hand corner of Adobe Acrobat.
